Providence, July 1, 2009 — A Providence County jury returned a verdict in favor of a Providence couple for the negligence of Roger Williams Hospital. Decof & Decof represented Leo and Francis Villegas at trial and argued that Roger Williams failed to adequately train its nursing staff in fall prevention and for the failure of the staff to activate a bed exit alarm that resulted in injuries to Mr. Villegas.
