Jeff graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2001. He is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island (2001), Massachusetts (2002), the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island (2002), the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2002), and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Jeff is an accomplished trial lawyer who has tried several cases to verdict. His work on product liability, wrongful death and medical negligence cases has resulted in numerous settlements ranging from several hundred thousand to millions of dollars. Jeff is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, American Bar Association, Rhode Island Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, and the Justinian Law Society. In 2006, the Honorable President of the United States, William J. Clinton, Speaker of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, the Honorable William Murphy, and President of the Rhode Island Senate, the Honorable Joseph Montalbano, honored Jeff for exemplary service and commitment to the principles of the Democratic Party.
