Education

Ms. Kelly graduated from Brown University (B.A., 1979) with honors in Political Science (Phi Beta Kappa). She graduated from Boston College School of Law in 1982, where she was an author and editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.

Biography

Prior to joining Decof & Decof in 2009, she was associated with Carroll, Kelly & Murphy where she handled the pretrial motion practice for the firm, briefing and arguing issues before all courts in the state.

Prior to joining Carroll, Kelly and Murphy, Ms. Kelly was associated with Hinckley Allen, and before that, was a law clerk for the Rhode Island Superior Court. She has guest lectured in Products Liability at Brown University, and was a member of the Town of Barrington Special Education Advisory Committee for seven years.
