Mr. Brice has represented children and families in medical negligence and product liability cases for more than two decades. He was selected as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" and served as a leading officer of the Metropolitan Washington Trial Lawyers Association prior to relocating to Rhode Island.
He has run seminars and given presentations to many organizations on the subject of medical negligence and pediatric injuries including bar associations and parent support groups.
Mr. Brice received his law degree from Georgetown University where he was selected to serve on the prestigious Georgetown Law Journal and graduated with honors. After serving as a judicial law clerk, he joined Koonz, McKenney and Johnson, one of the premier trial lawyer firms in the Mid-Atlantic states. As a senior partner in that firm, he devoted his practice to the representation of very severely injured children and adults in medical malpractice and product liability cases. He has been called upon to be a legal expert in legal malpractice cases and was named as one of the five top plaintiff's lawyers in the Washington area.
He now focuses his expertise and experience on cases in Rhode Island and surrounding areas.
